PVHome, the solar self-consumption platform of PV Hardware (PVH), led by Miguel Angel Sanchez, has embarked on an ambitious initiative to democratize access to solar energy in homes and small businesses. In a recent interview with Corresponsables, Sánchez highlighted PVH’s vision in three key areas: solar self-consumption, circular economy and waste management.

This 100% digital platform, backed by artificial intelligence, allows users to design and manage the installation of photovoltaic kits easily through an app and a website. From power selection to connection with specialized installers, PVHome is presented as a comprehensive solution for those seeking a sustainable and efficient energy alternative.

PVHardware, recognized as the world’s third largest supplier of solar trackers and structures, seeks to strengthen its commitment to sustainability and innovation through this initiative. The goal is not only to consolidate its position in the international market by deploying more than 28 GW on five continents, but also to contribute to the transition towards a greener and more autonomous energy model.

Miguel Ángel Sánchez underlines the importance of PVH’s commitment to sustainability, pointing out that the company is part of the Gransolar Group, an ally of the United Nations Global Compact. In addition to its efforts in circular economy and waste management, Gransolar is actively working to combat climate change, contributing to 12 of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals by 2023.

In line with its commitment, the Gransolar Group adopts a proactive stance towards social improvement, through donations, collaborations and sports and cultural sponsorships. Miguel Ángel Sánchez concludes by highlighting the corporate governance strategy, which involves the participation of the entire value chain to build a supply chain committed to sustainability and respectful of human rights.

PVHome’s commitment not only reflects progress in the transition to cleaner energy, but also highlights the importance of innovation, sustainability and global engagement in building a more sustainable energy future.
